Adelphi Coldstream specialise in the design and manufacture of bespoke mixing vessels. E2V Technologies required a unit to manufacture a co-precipitate of triple carbonate in an inorganic mix, which had to achieve a certain particle size and shape for a specialised device.
Adelphi Coldstream designed and built the mobile double heated vessel and mixer assembly, as illustrated, which comprises a 20 litre and 50 litre water jacketed vessel with lid mounted stirrers with a control panel for independently controlling the speed of both mixers and heat of the vessels.
A standard range of 316L stainless vessels are held in stock in volumes from 1 to 240 litres and purpose made mixing and storage vessels can be made up to 1000 litres.
